Talk:The Mysterious Planet (TV story)

Discussion page

Link to The Stolen Earth

When I encountered it article had this curious note:

The Doctor appears to be unaware (or he's not willing to reveal to 1980s-era Peri) that in the early 21st century the Earth underwent another, much more brief and less catastrophic, relocation at the hands of the Daleks (TV: The Stolen Earth).

Why would the Sixth Doctor be aware of something which not only occurs to the Tenth Doctor, but indeed something that depends on the events of the Last Time War intervening? Another continuity note covering the same ground has been added in replacement. CzechOut | 08:31, 15 July 2008 (UTC)

Story "numbering"

According to this wiki, the four stories that comprise Season 23 are listed as 143a-d. The DVDs number the stories individually (numbers 144-147). Which would be considered "official"? 76.95.15.69 08:35, April 28, 2011 (UTC)

Intro

The intro on this page states:

The Mysterious Planet was the unofficial title given to the first four episodes of The Trial of a Time Lord, the season-long story that constituted season 23 of Doctor Who.

...while on the other pages for the segments of The Trial of a Time Lord state:

<insert name here /> was the unbroadcast title given to the first four episodes of The Trial of a Time Lord, the season-long story that constituted season 23 of Doctor Who.

My question is whether we should replace the former with the latter on this page or do the reverse on all the other pages for the stories of Season 23? TheMostBoringManInTheWorld (talk) 15:32, January 3, 2014 (UTC)
