Bio-electric dampening field was a mechanism that with the combination of a retrogressive arc inversion could reverse the flow of electricity.
The DoctorDonna enabled this field from the Crucible's control console during the Dalek Invasion of Earth in order to prevent Davros from hurting her with electricity. (TV: Journey's End)
