Noxwen Van Coofen

Noxwen Van Coofen is Cal MacNannovich's partner. He came with Cal as his plus one to the Platform One party in the year 5.5/Apple/26 to watch the end of the world. Him and Cal wore large, hooded cloaks and cybernetic face masks which special air was pumped into.He mourned the Moxx of Balhoon's death before they left. (TV: The End of the World)
Noxwen, along with Cal and the other survivors of Platform One, was later kidnapped by the Elth of Balhoon, who believed that they hadn't tried to help the Moxx of Balhoon and had abandoned him to die. They were rescued by the Tenth Doctor and not only forgave the Elth for kidnapping them, but offered to help him as well.
