If nanogenes can bring people back to life as said by ninth doctor in the doctor dances and shown by the corpses becoming dalek puppets in asylum of the daleks, then why does the doctor not use them? In every adventure he is in, he could carry some nanogenes with him and heal everyone. From anything, well maybe not things like disintegration. But even people exterminated by the daleks. Throw some nanogenes in there and boom, their all fine. Even tricey could have been brought back to life. --Coop3 12:29, March 16, 2014 (UTC)

Interesting question. It's worth bearing in mind that we don't know everything about the nanogenes, there's a possibility that they can sometimes malfunction and become dangerous or something. In fact one can argue that they did malfunction and become dangerous in their first episode, because if The Doctor hadn't stopped them by giving Jamie his "mummy" the nanogenes could have turned the entire human race into zombies. 87.102.91.126talk to me 17:54, March 16, 2014 (UTC)
