Prop delete
I agree with the proposed deletion for the reasons stated, but it will have to encompass all the subcategories as well. Shambala108 ☎ 15:19, March 18, 2014 (UTC)
- I second that. I was actually just about to post it. This should definitely be deleted per T:CAT NAME. I'd do it by bot, but SV7 doesn't yet have admin powers.
× SOTO (☎/✍/↯) 16:25, March 18, 2014 (UTC)- I don't mind doing it by hand, once it's been decided to delete it/them. Shambala108 ☎ 16:57, March 18, 2014 (UTC)
- Well that does seem to be the consensus. Three individual admin have said the same thing, and no one's yet said anything against deletion. Plus, T:CAT NAME says at the top, "Above all else, category names must not be open to multiple interpretation, and must be free of any bias or value judgements." This category and its subcats do not meet this criterion.
× SOTO (☎/✍/↯) 18:48, March 18, 2014 (UTC)- Right but it's only fair that the IP user who put so much work into it get a chance to defend the category(ies). Shambala108 ☎ 18:55, March 18, 2014 (UTC)
- Sounds fair. We can give them until the end of the week to voice themselves; otherwise, we'll delete the categories then.
× SOTO (☎/✍/↯) 00:06, March 19, 2014 (UTC)- That is why I paused and threw the prop delete on this category rather than just moving to delete/rollback immediately as the IP user seems to have gone through a lot of editing to do this. --Tangerineduel / talk 12:34, March 20, 2014 (UTC)
