The Howling → Anti Matter Universe

Was it ever stated if the anti matter universe seen in the three doctors where omega lived was the same one dealt with in zeta minor or are they two different universes? It seems odd that there would be two anti matter universes but just wanted to know as I'm doing some fan fiction and wanted to use zeta minor but didn't want to include omega. No offence to him I do like him but mine's features the ninth doctor and obviously there were no other time lords at that point. --90.212.188.64talk to me 18:31, April 27, 2014 (UTC)
