This image is a screenshot taken from a BBV Productions video. Copyright is assumed to reside with Bill & Ben Video, though other individuals, such as the writers who own particular characters, may have some ownership of this image. This image is definitely not, however, owned by the British Broadcasting Corporation.
It is used at tardis.wikia.com to illustrate the subject of one of our articles, most likely because public domain imagery of the person or persons in this image are not readily available. It is believed that the use of this image on tardis.wikia.com, hosted on servers in the United States by the non-profit Wikia, Inc, qualifies as fair dealing under the laws of the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia, and as fair use under United States copyright law.
