Cheryl Farley was paying Martain Truman to make predictions for her, while he is predicting somthing for her he is taken by the ancient lights. Once he has the power of the acient lights he uses them to take controll of Cheryl's mind, forcing her to be his henchman.She was forced to give him all her money, leave her husband and to be hs assistant with the shows.
