Adamath

Lord Adamath was an Elder of the Black Sun. He was a student of galactic economy.
He was sent to the planet Desrault as representative for the Rigel Sector. There, trade negotations about the uranium of the planet were ongoing with the Gallifreyans and the Sontarans. During the deals, he started a love affair with Lady Rema-Du of Gallifrey. Eventually, he was reduced to dust by the time acceleration power of the parahuman Millenium, of the Gallifreyan delegation, controlled by the Sontaran ambassador. His death represented the start of a time war between Gallifrey and the Order of the Black Sun. (COMIC: Black Sun Rising)
