The Fourth Doctor uses a medikit to produce an antitoxin for Leela. (TV: The Face of Evil)

A medikit was a device used to produce antitoxins. Having identified the toxin in a janis thorn using a bioanalyser, the Fourth Doctor was able to produce an antidote and save Leela from its effects. (TV: The Face of Evil)
