Welcome to the Tardis:About Varga The Leader

Thanks for your edits! We hope you'll keep on editing with us. This is a great time to have joined us, because now you can play the Game of Rassilon with us and win cool stuff! Well, okay, badges. That have no monetary value. And that largely only you can see. But still: they're cool!

We've got a couple of important quirks for a Wikia wiki, so let's get them out of the way first.
British English, please
We generally use British English round these parts, so if you're American, please be sure you set your spell checker to BrEng, and take a gander at our spelling cheat card.
Spoilers aren't cool
We have a strict definition of "spoiler" that you may find a bit unusual. Basically, a spoiler, to us, is anything that comes from a story which has not been released yet. So, even if you've got some info from a BBC press release or official trailer, it basically can't be referenced here. In other words, you gotta wait until the episode has finished its premiere broadcast to start editing about its contents. Please check the spoiler policy for more details.
Other useful stuff
Aside from those two things, we also have some pages that you should probably read when you get a chance, like:

If you're brand new to wiki editing — and we all were, once! —  you probably want to check out these tutorials at Wikipedia, the world's largest wiki:

Remember that you should always sign your comments on talk and vote pages using four tildes like this:

Hi! I hate to have to stop you, because you are performing a much-needed job on this wiki, but the images you've uploaded so far are missing a copyright tag. The first one (Sam Becket I think) has been deleted, but if you go back to the others and add the {{Screenshot}} tag to them, then they won't be deleted. Also, please take a look at our image policies, located at Thread:148148, to make sure your images are uploaded properly, that is, with proper size, categorization, etc.

Thanks for doing these characters from the classic series; it's a sadly neglected area of the wiki. Shambala108 14:32, August 27, 2014 (UTC)

Unfortunately, I've had to delete all of your images because they had no license. It's too bad, because they were of good quality, but we can't have unlicensed images on the wiki. If you try again, please remember to add the license. Thanks. Shambala108 15:19, September 5, 2014 (UTC)

Hello. Firstly, thank you for you recent image contributions. However, I did take issue with one of the articles you edited. Skybase One, in its current state - that is, being quite short - does not need more than one image. The image in the infobox should remain as that better displays the subject matter (though both are gloomy). If the article were to be expanded, I'm sure your new image could be utilised.

Also, you shouldn't be defining image sizes as you did at The Edge of Destruction. See Tardis:Thumbnail policy for more on that. Finally, you need to provide a citation for a thumbnail. Obviously this isn't needed on story pages the image is native to, but on in-universe pages, and most other places, its required. I hope this helps explain why I've made a few changes to your edits.--Skittles the hog - talk 09:39, September 23, 2014 (UTC)
