Arbitan (species)

The Arbitans were a humanoid species native to Marinus. (PROSE: The Fishmen of Kandalinga) They were pacifists until the Voords forced them to fight. They conquered the Voords by fixing the Conscience of Marinus. (TV: The Keys of Marinus)
Behind the scenes
The Arbitans are not named in The Keys of Marinus, only in The Fishmen of Kandalinga where the Voord use this name. It is taken from the name of Arbitan, a prominent character in the television serial.
