Zeitgeist (Black Sun Rising)
Zeitgeist was a parahuman in the early times of the Time Lord civilisation. He was a member of the Special Executive, a team working for the Time Lords.
He was skilled in the art of detection and he showed the ability to pass through solid matter. He wore a black skin-tight costume, with a white hourglass on his chest; his attire left uncovered just his face.
During a trilateral negotiation on Desrault, he was part of the Gallifreyan delegation. He was charged to investigate about the identity of the third party, besides the Gallifreyans and the Sontarans; breaking into the dormitory of the ambassadors, he discovered they were representatives of the Order of the Black Sun, who would have become enemies of the Time Lords in their own future timeline.
