Brynblaidd was a small Welsh village located in the Brecon Beacons. For generations, every few years, the villagers of Brynblaidd periodically engaged in muder and cannibalism of strangers. Circa 2007, when Torchwood 3 discovered this, Evan Sherman acted as the informal leader. (TW: Countrycide)
