Bergen was a city in the Pete's World version of Norway about fifty miles away from Dårlig Ulv Stranden. (TV: Doomsday)

Behind the scenes

It is unknown whether the city of Bergen exists in the regular Doctor Who universe, or only in Pete's World. Bergen does exist in the real world.
