Wenley Moor nuclear research facility was a nuclear power research center built in the late 20th century at Wenley Moor. After a series of power drains occured, Masters, an Under-Secretary at the Ministry of Defence, went there to investigate. Later it turned out that the Silurians had caused the power drains.
