The Riis-utt-Ssethiss, which translated from Martian to mean Bloodswords of Ssethiss, were a group within the Ice Warriors' civilisation.

They were an elite Martian assassination sect who were legendary among their people until their order was wiped out during the Primal Wars. (PROSE: GodEngine)
