The Dalek Scientific Division was a high-ranking group in the Dalek hierarchy. Their needs overrode all other orders and concerns in at least two mission. (AUDIO: The Genocide Machine, Return of the Daleks) a Chief Scientist was Leader of the Scientific Division. Science Daleks were claimed to be silver. It was also shown that the Eighth Doctor met a green Dalek scientist. The Scientist Daleks of the New Dalek Paradigm were ranked by their orange colour scheme. (TV: Victory of the Daleks)
