The Blue Fire Project was an attempt by the British to develop psychic fear weapons. The Mi'en Kalarash fed on the nightmares the Project generated, and tried to manipulate the participants to bring about the end of the world. It was stopped by the Seventh Doctor. (AUDIO: House of Blue Fire)
