I also didn't know what categories to add, and I can't describe personalities. Still, it's a start.)

The Eleventh Doctor's Ganger was a flesh duplicate of the original Eleventh Doctor.

Biography

Created from the Flesh after the Doctor and the Flesh scanned each other, (TV: The Rebel Flesh) the Eleventh Doctor's Ganger had a difficult start as it came to terms with all the incarnations of the Time Lord it was replicating, mixing up various catchphrases and other lines from previous Doctors before settling down into the Eleventh Doctor's personality and manner of speech. (TV: The Almost People")

While the Doctor was delighted with his Ganger, Amy wasn't so trusting of him. To reassure her, the Doctors pointed out that they could be told apart by looking at their shoes, as the original Eleventh Doctor had his burned off in acid after the flesh had scanned him to create his counterpart. At some undisclosed point in time, the Doctor and his Ganger switched shoes and pretended to be each other, to prove to Amy that the Gangers were people in their own right. At one point, this backfired as Amy accidentally revealed information about the Doctor's death at Lake Silencio to the real Eleventh Doctor, rather than the intended flesh duplicate. The Eleventh Doctor's Ganger destroyed himself with his sonic screwdriver as he destroyed the flesh which made up both himself and the wildly unstable Jennifer Lucas. (TV: The Almost People")

Personality

The Eleventh Doctor's Ganger was practically indistinguishable from the Eleventh Doctor in just about every sense, including personality. They were so similar they could even finish each other sentences.
