Jariden device

The Jariden device's creation took many years. It was based on a Special Weapons Dalek and a Jariden-converted Roboman; in fact, its core was Ulrik's grandfather. It was conceived and kept in the inner vault of the Stellar Curios. It was destroyed by the Daleks. (AUDIO: The Four Doctors)
