Ku'ra Debrekseny was a member of the investigative team in Snowglobe 7 in Dubai in 2099. They were sent by an insurance company to assess the damage caused by a tragic construction accident within the dome. He worked under Welshman Laurence Harrison and his partner Brian Williams. He was actually a Flisk who used telepathic communication on Martha, which she didn't like. (PROSE: Snowglobe 7)
