Pantophobia

Pantophobia was the fear of everything. The Eleventh Doctor suggested that one could mistake it for a fear of pants, though as he noted, since pantophobia was a fear of everything, it would undoubtably include pants. George was an apparent sufferer of the disorder. (TV: Night Terrors)
