Dalek Strategist (The Time of the Daleks)

Dalek Strategists were strategists on a Dalek time fleet within the Time Vortex. The Supreme Dalek sent three strategists and one Dalek pilot to Time corridor to escape safely. Two of Strategists escaped while the Third Strategist was killed when the corridor collapsed by Time wind. They meets with General Mariah Learman (AUDIO: The Time of the Daleks)
