Delani was a Thal commander. He was responcible for the destruction of Terakis as a part of a trap to lure and wipe out half of the Dalek Eighth Fleet. Delani and his forces took over the Quetzel and hold anyone hostage. He met the Eighth Doctor and Sam Jones and was killed by Ayaka. (PROSE: War of the Daleks)
