Paul South was head of security at Snowcap University. He questioned the Twelfth Doctor why when there's usually twelve people on university tours, the Doctor is number thirteen. The Doctor took out his psychic paper and claimed he was doing an Ofsted inspection. (COMIC: Blood and Ice)
