Paul Kettering

Paul Kettering was a friend of Lucas Seyton.
Kettering was a squadron leader in the war. In 1933 he had a two-seater aeroplane.
Kettering and Seyton used the aeroplane to help the Second Doctor rescue Jamie McCrimmon and Zoe Heriot from flying robots. The robots attacked the plane, and while the Doctor and Seyton parachuted out, Kettering was apparently killed when the plane crashed. He survived the crash, however, and turned up in the nick of time to rescue Seyton and the Doctor from metal arachnids. When the adventure was over, he and Seyton lost their memories of the events.
