Marshall Hissel was the Ice Warrior commander of the Deep Space Cruiser Bruk.

When Sadler was completely taken over by The Diadem, he tried to escape Peladon in a shuttle, but it was shot down by Hissel from the Bruk. (PROSE: Legacy)
