Anthony Debaeck 24 June 1967- 30 august 2013 played the French newsreader in the Doctor Who story Army of Ghosts, the Torchwood stories Children of Earth: Day Three and Children of Earth: Day Four, and The Sarah Jane Adventures story Secrets of the Stars.

Debaeck is one of only two actors to appear as the same character in all three BBC Wales series. The other is Lachele Carl as Trinity Wells.
