Tulana was a native Markhan child who the Doctor met in an altered timeline, where the Daleks were peaceful. She was one of the many foreigner children that lived on Skaro. In the real universe, she and her people would wiped out by a plague unleashed by the Daleks, the event would be known as the Markhan Genocide. (PROSE: The Ripple Effect)
