Scientific Reform Societ-is a fictional think tank used in Doctor Who: Robot, which marked the debut of Tom Baker as the Doctor. The Doctor investigates the society's evil schemes and the head of the organization is Miss Winter (Patricia Maynard) who wants to destroy the world. The Doctor, having had to regenerate for the third time to save his life, investigates and descovers shady dealing with the organization. Miss Winters and her men are arrested by the Bridagier and the Doctor battles the robot and closes down the Scientific Reform Society.
