Arnold Jellico was a part of the Scientific Reform Society and was in league with Hilda Winters to attempt to bring about a nuclear holocaust. Jellicoe was primarily responsible for (under Hilda Winters' orders) adjusting the K1 robot's prime directive to enable it to amongst other things kill. (DW: Robot)
