Heletia

Heletia was a planet outside of the Federation that was colonised by a group of actors who wanted to stage the greatest drama of the universe. Arbela was a city on the planet. The colonists later became an empire and expanded into the Rippearean cluster, which was also outside the influence of the Federation. Heletia was protected from attacks by a mine-field containing "kill-sats" in the Alterberg Gap. (PROSE: Theatre of War)
