Sunshine Treat was an activity from 30th century Earth. The Sunshine Treat was practiced by citizens that lived in the underground cities. They took a lift to the surface and once up there, were able to walk, see the earth and the Sun. It was described as expensive by a colonist. (PROSE: Doctor Who and the Doomsday Weapon (novelisation).
