Ted Bishop was a resident of the town of Culverton.
Whenever he and his brother Max played dress-up games, Ted was content being a eunuch. Like many of the other townspeople, they were being controlled by the Gaderene. The Third Doctor used nitrous oxide to break the hold of the aliens. (PROSE: Last of the Gaderene)
