Major-General Hugh Nyby was an American military officer.
He believed the Tzun were going to supply the United States with advanced weaponry so they could win the Cold War. After the Tremas Master was defeated, Nyby was arrested for sharing classified material with powers not allied with America. (PROSE: First Frontier)
