Tony Dow
Born Anthony Lee Dow in Hollywood, California, Tony Dow was the visual effects producer for the Doctor Who TV movie. He is, however, best known for his role as Wallace "Wally" Cleaver, the title character's older brother, on the long-running American situation comedy, Leave It to Beaver (1957-1963). He reprised this role in a reunion special and a sequel series from 1983 to 1989.
Mr Dow was also the visual effects supervisor for Babylon 5, and special effects producer for the sci-fi comedy The Adventures of Captain Zoom in Outer Space. In addition, he has directed episodes of Babylon 5, Swamp Thing and Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. He has acted in, written, directed and produced many other films and television specials and series. A former junior Olympics diving champion, he has been married twice and is the father of two children.
