Salim was a galactic wheeler-dealer. He took this role when his father, who was also a dealer, died. Whilst he was aboard the Defiance spacestation, he tried to steal Ace's shadow. He then met the Seventh Doctor, Ace's friend, who convinced him to stop what he was doing. After that, Salim decided to change his ways. (AUDIO: The Shadow Trader)
