Nick Gillard, as he appeared in DOC: Industrial Action.

Nick Gillard was stunt arranger for the Doctor Who story Silver Nemesis (with Paul Heasman). He is most famous for having invented the style of lightsaber duelling seen in the Star Wars prequel trilogy.
