Robert Smith? wrote The Church of Saint Sebastian, as well as several unlicensed fictional and non-fictional works about the Doctor Who universe, many of them with his good friend Graeme Burk.

The question mark after his surname is a legal part of his name.  Thus he is properly Smith?, not Smith.
