Franz Shultz was a scientist on the weather control Moonbase in 2070. When Sam Becket discovered part of a antenna was missing, Franz, along with Jules Faure, went out to investigate. While on the lunar surface, Franz and Jules were attacked by two Cybermen and stripped of their spacesuits. Franz was later used by the Cybermen to control the gravitron. (TV: The Moonbase)
