"Z-67" is the name of a weapon created by Harry Sullivan shortly after he left the Doctor. It was later confiscated by the Fourth Doctor (TV: Terror of the Zygons)
The weapon is mentioned years later by Kate Lethbridge-Stewart during another Zygon attack. (TV: The Zygon Invasion)
