I don't think the comic implies that he hasn't been to the house since his third incarnation; he just says he's looking for a book, and he believes his third incarnation left it there. That doesn't mean none of his other incarnations used the house in the meantime. I think that this house is Smithwood Manor, which the the Third Doctor built and the Seventh Doctor used extensively. In this comic, the Eighth Doctor says that he hasn't been there in several decades, which, if this story takes place in 2015, could refer to the fact that he was last there at the beginning of his eighth incarnation in 1997 in Lance Parkin's novel. The Dying Days. That seems like it would fit, if we assume New Adventures continuity applies, but wouldn't be very intuitive if we assume that he hasn't been there at all since the Pertwee era since I don't think the Third Doctor spent a lot of time in the 1990s. --Rowan Earthwood 18:59, November 6, 2015 (UTC)

I thought the same thing, but without further evidence we can't really go with that. I agree that the only line that we can really take in the episode in terms of three is that the Third Doctor had been the one to leave he piles of scientific junk sitting around and the one to leave the books. A simple way to see if it's the same house would be to compare it's appearance to the house's other cameos in comics. OS25 (talk to me, baby.) 20:31, November 6, 2015 (UTC)
