Gagan Rassmussen

Gagan Rassmussen was a scientist who was alive in the 38th century.He had invented a project called Morpheus on the Leverrier Space Station in which people would lie for five minutes inside a sleep pod and never have to sleep again. The build up of sleep dust formed organisms called Sandmen. Gagan hid inside one of the pods away from the sandmen. He later hacked the visual receptors of the Sandmen Dust to film the entire events on the space station. He later was shot by Nagata one of the rescue team. The sand revived him briefly so he could arrange the recordings and narrate them and send them. The recordings contained an electronic signal that could turn people into sandmen fulfilling his plan.
