I think we could actually keep the name on what it is, as the Heaven Sent creature is known as "The Veil", while this creature is known as "Veil". --DCLM ☎ 21:34, November 28, 2015 (UTC)

Well, I don't think it's that simple. The subject of this page is a species called "the Veil" as well as individual members of the species sometimes called "the Veil". Although doing a quick check of online transcripts of Prisoner of the Judoon and The Vault of Secrets, "a Veil" and "a Veil life form" are also used. I seem to recall at least a rule of thumb, if not a policy, on pages beginning with "the" being discouraged (with exceptions mostly applying to Time Lords).
