Joan Dalton worked at St Ursula's College in 1939. She was a communist. Dalton was worried about Ruth Horwitz. She questioned the Sixth Doctor about what he was doing there. The police arrested her as they thought that she was the one writing the poison pen letters. (AUDIO: An Eye For Murder)
