Oracle was the computer system that the Forge used. It would only give messages to people who had enough security clearance. It couldn't distinguish between between real and mimic voiceprints. (AUDIO: Project: Lazarus) It had similar qualities to System that was used at St Gart's Brookside Hospital, but with access to governmental records as well. Oracle had at least some sentience, and disobeyed orders to save its own "skin" in letting the Seventh Doctor and Hex enter a restricted area. (AUDIO: Project: Destiny)
