Ian Cullen

Ian Cullen played Ixta in the Doctor Who story The Aztecs. He later played Nadeyan in the Big Finish Doctor Who audio story Dark Eyes.
He is best known for playing PC/DC Joe Skinner in over 200 episodes of police drama Z-Cars and playing top-billed Angus Hart in over 400 episodes of Family Affairs. His other television appearances included roles on Department S, Blake's 7, Return of the Saint and The Bill. On the big screen, he played Baron Sterling in the 2011 sci-fi film Dawn of the Dragonslayer.
