Velosian

The Velosians were a species saved by the Twelfth Doctor from an invading force. The Doctor took the "four and a bit" invading fleets away from the Velosians' planet and depowered their weapon banks. This, according to the Doctor, would give the Velosians time to prepare to deal with their enemies on their own. (TV: The Girl Who Died)
