Mr Weston was a sperm donor. While at the Conway Clinic in Cardiff, Carys Fletcher attempted to force herself on him. However, he rebuffed her because he was gay. As he was not seen later when the Torchwood Three team arrived, he most likely left or was killed like the rest of the men there. (TV: Day One)
